Teams of volunteers from St. Joseph Church in Conway, St. Andrew’s in Danville, St. Augustine’s in Dardanelle, and the Catholic Campus Ministry at the University of Central Arkansas went to the Black Oak Ranch Estates near Vilonia this week to help clear debris caused by the devastating tornado that hit the area on April 27th. The teams were led by Father James Melnick, a former associate pastor at St. Joseph who now pastors at both St. Andrew’s and St. Augustine’s churches. He can be seen raking in trash from one of the lakes near Stacey Cove Drive in photo #3803 .
