Serve God, Serve Others
We Need YOU!
Get involved, meet others and help us grow!
Help at Mass
For questions and training information, contact Marilyn Moix, firstname.lastname@example.org, 501-327-6568.
Must be VIRTUS Trained
We need more Eucharistic Ministers to serve at Mass and to take communion to our homebound parishioners.
While we are enjoying mass, a whole lot is going on behind the scenes to make it happen. Sacristans arrive 1 hour before mass to open doors and prepare, perform several duties during mass, then stay 30-60 min. after mass to clean up & lock the church.
We need more Ushers to help at Mass.
Our A/V team needs more people to help run the presentation equipment during mass. If you are comfortable working a computer, please consider helping so they can have a break. It's not difficult!!
Serve Our Parish Community
Rest in the presence of Jesus in our peaceful . Choose an hour to be with Jesus in our Adoration chapel open 24/7. (Karen Oxner – email@example.com)
Eucharistic Ministry to the Homebound
We need more Eucharistic Ministers. Must be a trained Eucharistic Minister through the parish, then receive additional info on how to distribute Communion to our homebound parishioners in hospitals, nursing homes, or in their private home. Visits are made weekly at your convenience; we normally have around 50 homebound parishioners. Contact Kathy Kordsmeier: firstname.lastname@example.org or 501-269-1998.
Funeral Food Teams
Volunteers are needed to bring food for the family meal after a funeral. Volunteers are placed on teams; each team prepares food for 2-3 funerals per year. (No serving or help is involved; food items are dropped off at church the morning of the funeral.) Contact: Jacqueline Kordsmeier, email@example.com or 501-329-1818.
Visit and spend time with our homebound parishioners who need some company, for socialization and to keep them connected to the parish. Contact Beverly Grey, firstname.lastname@example.org.
Natural Family Planning (NFP) Teaching Couples
For several years, we have not had an NFP teaching couple, and our engaged couples often drive to Little Rock for training. Contact Yolanda Beruman, email@example.com or 501-327-6568.
We are in need of more Annulment Advocates, to assist divorcees through the process. It is natural for someone who has been through an annulment to become an Annulment Advocate, although anyone is welcome to help out in this area. Contact Yolanda Beruman, firstname.lastname@example.org or 501-327-6568.
Marriage Prep Sponsor Couples
We are in need of Sponsor Couples to serve as mentors for our Engaged Couples. Sponsor Couple training is a simple 2-3 hour session, materials are provided, and you meet with Engaged Couples 4-5 times in your home. Contact Yolanda Beruman, email@example.com or 501-327-6568.

Serve Our Community
Due to spectacular growth of our programs (Pack the Pantry, Handyman Services, Missions for Transitions, Honduras, Appalachia, St. Luke Parish, and much more), a larger leadership and administrative team is needed. Adult parishioners of all ages and talents are welcome. We have a variety of needs and opportunities. For more information contact Don Greenland at 501-472-2453 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Pack the Pantry
On the 1st weekend of each month, bring non-perishable food items to mass with you. These will be delivered to needed organizations in Conway including Bethlehem House, Soul Food Café, etc.
